Gift card purchasers can choose a monetary amount which can be sent via email instantly or by post.
Concierge Black is not a provider of experiences or stays offered through the website, however acts as a concierge service to allow the gift card holder to redeem their gift card using the credit on the digital card.
When a gift card is purchased, it can be used immediately and never expires.
Refunds are allowed up to 1 year after purchase and can be made through a request to our team by email from the original purchaser. After this refunds are not possible. Please see our refund policy for further details about when this applies.

The credit on the card must cover the balance of services requested. If extra funds are required to redeem the voucher on any particular service then the card holder will need to top up the monetary voucher value to cover the cost along with any payment gateway and service fees we charge. Extra top ups cannot be refunded.
Some experiences or stays may charge a booking fee and this will be passed onto the card holder, and credit must cover any extra fees from third party providers.
Once a gift card is redeemed, Concierge Black holds no liability to the purchaser or the card holder, an any service requested will be bound by the terms of that third party provider.
